Flower me in stories, count me in sheep
I sleep curled up in a morning glory.
Warm french bread, sleepyhead,
jellied and buttered by an open window.
The Beauty in the Decay Series
is attentive to the intersection of nature with human-built things;
how nature will have its way.
The captivating presence of the process.

Amazing shot ! Really wish I can take something like that =)
wow, thank you! i use the cheapest little camera, just a point-and-shoot. i edit a bit in a basic iphoto program. you can do something like this! i’m on a mission lately, looking for beauty in the decay, so that makes it easy to choose something to point at. i pulled into an abandoned mini golf place, just had the feeling i’d find some good shots, and i did!
Love your poem and the photo.
thank you. that is so nice to hear!
